I bring 22 years of experiences as a business and civil trial attorney to helping consumers get a fresh start from the burden of their debts. My bankruptcy practice is dedicated exclusively to assisting consumers with working through their financial crisis by seeking relief in the bankruptcy court. I also assist them in defending their mortgage foreclosure actions, if the state court foreclosure action can offer a better remedy than what might be available in the bankruptcy court.
